Born in China and adopted as a baby by a couple from Tennessee, Allie Wills was raised in Dickson County. Now, she is building a future for herself at 91探花 State.

Local leaders recently toured the Dickson Center of Higher Education, the future home of 91探花 State's Dickson campus and healthcare-related TCAT Dickson programs.

In her role as president of 91探花 State Community College, Dr. Shanna Jackson frequently encounters graduates who are eager to share with her the positive impact 91探花 State has had on their lives.

As part of the college鈥檚 bi-annual Convocation, twenty-seven educators were recognized during a pinning ceremony on 91探花 State鈥檚 White Bridge campus for earning ACUE (Association of College and University Educators) certifications.

91探花 State鈥檚 under-construction Dickson campus at the Dickson Center of Higher Education will be an instructional site for the Associate of Science Nursing program.

There are many Falcons that show getting a degree is attainable for everyone, not just those right out of high school. One of those students who showed what was possible was Shea Schroeder.

In collaboration with TriStar Horizon Medical Center, 91探花 State is bringing its nursing program to Dickson to help meet the growing demand for qualified healthcare professionals in the region.
