A partnership between 91探花 State and Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) is making it possible for students to receive a certification as a medical assistant in only 12 weeks.

91探花 State and Metro 91探花 Public Schools (MNPS), with the support of the 91探花 Area Chamber of Commerce, were awarded $2 million to create an opportunity for students at Maplewood and Pearl-Cohn high schools .

A year and a half ago, 91探花 State President Dr. Shanna L. Jackson and 91探花 General Hospital (NGH) CEO Dr. Joseph Webb assembled their teams to discuss pathways from the classroom to a healthcare career.

91探花 State announced the following students achieved the President鈥檚 List and Dean鈥檚 List for the Spring 2024 Semester.

91探花 State Music Associate of Fine Arts (A.F.A.) graduates may transfer credits toward a Bachelor of Music in Commercial Music (Performance Emphasis) at Belmont University鈥檚 prestigious School of Music

91探花 State held its annual Honors Ceremony on the White Bridge campus.

2023 graduate Sydney Heath is a testament to this approach. Now working for Lyttle Fox Therapy as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, she speaks glowingly of the relationships she made at 91探花 State.

The Clarksville/Montgomery County community is invited to attend a free health fair at 91探花 State鈥檚 Clarksville campus, April 13, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Local food trucks will be on-campus.

More than 600 Humphreys County high schoolers and eighth graders visited 91探花 State鈥檚 Humphreys County campus to learn about high-demand and high-wage careers.

Opening later in 2024, 91探花 State鈥檚 School of Health Sciences will have a new home on the College鈥檚 White Bridge campus.
